Our company is called FAA Technologies™ (FAA-Tech™) and is seeking to hire an Executive Manager (EM) to recruit and build a team of remote reps who will work from their home office using a sophisticated dialer system provided by our company. EM must work remotely. Company trains all reps from their home. Training is quick and all training materials are provided at no cost to the rep.

Company History: Our company has been in business for over 5 years and is both registered AND accredited with the Better Business Bureau (which is the HIGHEST honor that a company can possibly have with the BBB) with a perfect "A" BBB rating and there are ZERO complaints EVER against our company (see our perfect BBB report here).

Qualifications: Ideal EM must have supervisory and/or managerial experience. Sales/customer service experience is a plus. Efficient in MS Word/Excel and/or OpenOffice, be a high school graduate or equivalent GED. Must be a leader, self-starter, reliable, punctual, completely focused (no ADD/ADHD easily distracted individual), need to be able to work well under pressure, excellent multi-tasker, highly energetic (no sour puss), must be a positive thinker (no negative thinkers or pessimistic personalities please), must go-with-the-flow (no complainers or needless trouble makers will by any means work for this company), NO know-it-alls – must be polite and respectful to your reps as well as your superiors (no attitude problems – check your ego at the door). Requirements: Reliable computer with high-speed internet access. If you do not have a phone with nationwide unlimited long distance then one will be provided by the company at no cost. EM must manage/supervise team of reps remotely (from own home office). We do this to save on overhead.

EM Duties. EM must recruit and build a team of reps – you can either find reps by placing online ads or hire people that you know personally who are looking for a job (or you can do both) – company provides suggested ads to run. EM may even use the ad on the following page (click here to view) in order to recruit reps (i.e., you can include a link to this page in your online ad post for recruits to read). 

You will even have complete access to our company's Job Opportunity Hotline that you can have all of your recruits to dial into in order to hear what the job entails which can spare you from getting hoarse by repeating the job description to numerous applicants (hotline message lasts about 10 mins and will be given to you if you are hired for this position).

Your job will be to manage, encourage, and give your reps occasional pep talks when needed. You will stay connected with your reps off and on during their entire shift via live chat to check their progress throughout the day. Your reps will contact businesses to introduce them to an “inexpensive” product that is guaranteed to drive traffic into their place of business while increasing their own business revenue. The product is a “no brainer” so your reps should have a 95% (or higher) closing ratio.

Pay. Job pays way more than hourly and much more than base pay since the EM's income originates from instant overrides which comes from every rep that closes deals on your team earning constant commissions from your productive team of reps, so your reps will be writing your paycheck. If an EM had only one rep working just 2 hours per day and closed just 2 deals per hour, 5 days per week (weekends off), then EM already makes $1,600 per month off that one rep. With 5 reps, EM makes $8,000 per month. 10 reps $16,000 per month. 20 reps $32,000 per month. Even if we cut this figure in half 3 times (counting reps sick days off) then $32,000 per month STILL becomes over $10,000 per month which is the equivalent of over $100,000 per year.

For extra management and/or supervisory help EM will be free to work with an assistant or executive partner (i.e, a spouse, friend, or new unrelated hire, etc) but will receive one wage for both (or EM can pay their assistant/partner out of their own earnings).

Advancement Opportunities: As our company expands, EM will have the chance to advance and climb the ladder to more success with additional opportunities if an EM is promoted to a Regional Vice President (RVP) position which could net an RVP $400,000 to $500,000+ (not including bonuses) per year.

Hours: This position is full-time. Working weekends is optional to the EM.
